IC Camilleri was born in Malta. She is a medical doctor and fictional writing has always been her passion, relieving her from the everyday stress of her demanding medical job. Her medical background gives depth to the fictional characters in her novel. The Blake Curse is her first published novel.

Great book with a brilliant plot! Well done!
The pace of the story is incredibly fast, hardly pausing to breathe. The subtle moral messages inside the plot fills this book with substance and food for thought. With the right exposure this could grow to epic proportions. Not enough publicity for this book as I came across it by accident, I gambled and it blew me away. Reading its sequel now and so far it's just as good..

A spell binding action packed story where reality is very closely intertwined with fiction. I could not put the book down and after I finished I had to read it again!
The Blake Curse was one of those books I simply couldn't put down. Engaging from the very beginning till the last page. It's very well written, and describes everything to compose the perfect picture in your head.

Beautifully written book. I came to care a great deal for these characters within minutes of picking up this book. It is one of those stories you hate to send but are thrilled when you are invited back into the story in the next book.
