Julie McGowan was born in Blaenavon, Wales, and, after living for some years in England, she now lives in Usk, Monmouthshire, with husband, Peter, 2 dogs, and whichever of our 4 children may be visiting at any given time. Julie has been writing for just over two decades, and 'The Mountains Between', was her first novel to be published.
