John's courage, spirit and determination to make sorted all his trials and tribulations, whether they may be those that fate saddled him with, or those that he bought upon himself by his endless search for his little piece of the Universe that he could call his own. This humourous yet very real honest account is a good read for those in need of coming to terms with being different or those seeking entertainment, I strongly recommend this book
It really helped me to understand the devastating effect it has on people who have this bipolar disorder. John, the author, gives you some great practical tips on how to come to terms with it as well as keeping this condition under control. He actually goes on to achieve many things in life, so not all is lost. With John's vast experience which is based on, as everybody knows, trying all the avenues in life and making many mistakes along the way, have gained him greater insights and resilience. A great read for people who have this disorder as well as for those families and friends who know of someone with this particular disorder. People will come away with a greater understanding and know what to expect when they are with someone with this condition. John's humorous memoir will surely touch many people heart's.
I love the spirit in which this book was written and believe it has the potential to help many people to overcome and come to terms with problems similar to the author's . Wit and humerous anecdotes make John's story very readable .
