Author's Biography
Gerda Pearce was born in South Africa. She was educated in the Eastern Cape, graduating in Pharmacy. After she worked at a children’s hospital as well as in mission hospitals, she emigrated to London where she studied and practised as an osteopath. Long Lies the Shadow is her first novel.
