Reader Comments
I have just finished reading this book and feel I want to reread it straight away - the style of writing draws you in and then pulls you along. Highly recommended!
|Excellent book!
A real page turner about contemporary dilemmas.
Absolutely gripping.
A truly gripping book that deals with current issues we face in our everyday lives including immigration and racism, not to be missed!
This book is topical and sensitively written as well as being a real 'page-turner'. It takes place in a part of the British Isles which is less well known to many, but through its descriptions of the island makes us feel at home in the environment from the start. It brings the leading characters to life strongly and make us want to know more about their lives and the unfolding drama which is central to the plot. A great book - looking forward to the next one!
