Synopsis
At a pioneering murder-mystery weekend, participants reveal links in their past which become dangerous when a real murder occurs in the castle. Reality and pretence become dangerously confused; all the ingenuity and courage of unassuming Jonathon Robson are required to save his attractive scientist wife Christine; a traditional murder-mystery with a twist.
Author's Biography
Annie Hardacre is the pen-name of a retired university tutor who grew up in the English countryside in the 1950s and who now likes to explore the remoter regions of Scotland and France whenever time permits.

To Play with Strangers is to like play chess? I found that the cover pictorially recapitulates the story very well. It is a wonderfully made book. We are so much in need of good quality books to entertain both our eyes and minds.
The cover attracted me first and then I was enchanted by the story. It is such a satisfying book from cover to cover.
