Christina lives in London. Born in England she spent her youth in Sweden and Japan. This is her second novel. Her first, Trade Winds, received a four star review in News of the World and was selected as Book of the Month for Lovereading in December 2010.

A fantastic book about love, honour and different cultures merging together. This book is well written with identifiable characters and a great love story. A definite must read for anyone.
A brilliant evocation of seventeenth century Japan, this is a lovely romantic novel with a delightful heroine and a gorgeous hero.
