Author's Biography

Paul Waters is a well-travelled classicist; though educated in Britain, he has lived much of his life abroad, including in Africa, America and Greece. His first novel, Of Merchants & Heroes, was published in 2008, followed by Cast Not the Day in 2009.

good book
This is award wining Novel that will soon be on higher demand.Based on the little i go through the book i understand that in the late 35 AD the Roman Govt was Totalitorian and Authoritorian. the two young friends of the British Honourable Family Drusus and Marcellus, did not win the case they heard with Great Empire.They where brought to book.
