Reader Comments
A "rollicking" good read. Unbelievable that this could be a debut novel. The autor obviously knows her stuff which makes it even more atmospheric and propells the reader into the world of Shakespeare, theatre, espionage and intrigue.
When do we get the sequel? Can't wait!
This book is an amazing gateway into the world of the Elizabethans, great detail all the way through but it doesn't get in the way of the story which zips along. Can't wait for the next in the series - and the film!

Brilliant historical background! Can't wait for the sequel!
