BATTLING A BRAIN INJURY: The Life That Jack Built

By Jack Martindale
Published by Austin Macauley
ISBN 9781784550165
Category memoir
Winter 2014

Synopsis

A pragmatic and moving account, of how the author came to terms with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and learned to live life to the full once more. The fact that the author was only twenty-one at the time makes this portrayal all the more poignant.

Author's Biography

The immense value within the attribute of attempting to never you too seriously is something that my horrific experience of suffering a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) has confirmed. It is what it is and now I wish to invest much of my time on fun, friendship and fairness.
