Dr John Pembrey has been a practising GP for over thirty years. The realisation that the number of people suffering from many medical problems could be greatly decreased simply by an improvement in lifestyle and nutrition served as the inspiration for this book.

In this concise and accessible book, Dr Pembrey explains how much difference the right diet can make to our lives. He uses his knowledge as a GP and nutrition researcher to show that when we think medicine is the answer, very often simple changes in our eating habits are all we need.
