Author's Biography
While a physics student in Tehran, Kader Abdolah joined a secret leftist party that fought against the dictatorship. In 1988, he arrived in the Netherlands as a political refugee. He is the award-winning author of several books, including My Father's Notebook and The House of the Mosque.
