An excellent, easy-to-understand book on buy-to-let.
Loved Brett's 4 portfolio building strategies, particularly his 1 2 stop strategy. Great for an emotional investor like me. His coverage of the emotional side of investing is something that all property authors overlook.
I feel that this ranks beside The Richest Man in Babylon and Rich Dad Poor Dad in terms of introducing the concept of property investment. In goes into enough depth that I feel that I can make the first steps to becoming a property investor. Dave

The book is very easy to read, with short succinct chapters. The scenarios are realistic and the advice is honest. They give you lots of options but explain fully why they favour certain steps rather than others (even if they are popular with the general public) they answer all the question you could ask via their website too.
If you are interested in property investing, this book is a must have.
If you are not interested in property investing, buy and read this book and you will be.
Everyone should be looking at how to fund their retirement and this book tells you how to in simple form.

Forget all the other property education books out there - this is the one you need to read if you are serious in building a portfolio to turn your dreams into reality. Brett does not offer you false promises, but a measured and realistic plan to achieve your goals - a must read!
A book that is very easy to read and gives you all the knowledge without the waffle. An honest clear account of what someone needs to do to secure their own future and enables them to pass on the knowledge to their family and friends so that they too can secure their future. I also like the fact that the author does not have an ego and doesn't try to make claims that can't be proved. Well done.

A brilliant well explained book on how to make money for your retirement from buying property.It is not filled with complicated jargon which is hard to understand but it is written instead in simple plain english. The techniques of the"set and forget" strategy where the authur explains the need to cashflow your properties is simple yet brilliant.A must read for anybody wanting to retire and have finiacial freedom.
