Author's Biography
Dr. Neil Hawkes is an Oxford graduate and International Education Consultant. As Head Teacher of Kidlington Primary and Nursery School, Neil worked tirelessly with the school and the community to devise and implement a unique system of Values-based Education, which has been internationally recognised as the foundation of excellent school practice.
